Liquid Injection

2025
Performance,  Installation

This installation aims to directly confront and challenge the double standards of gendered sexual expression. In the work, I deliberately and explicitly present material representations of female desire/sexuality within public spaces traditionally dominated by men, thereby questioning and exposing the social constructs that govern sexual behavior, body politics, and spatial allocation.

The simulated liquid ejection functions as a kinetic sculpture, where the act itself becomes a rebellious performance against norms and constraints. It demands that viewers not remain passive observers but instead invites them into a space of ethical and political inquiry to reflect upon and question these deeply entrenched social mechanisms.

My work is a protest against existing structures of gender inequality, as well as a firm assertion of female subjectivity and bodily autonomy. It seeks, on both visual and conceptual levels, to advocate for a more open, inclusive, and liberated sexual-political environment.
